How to Delete Your Account in EasyGo - Campus Version

At EasyGo, we respect your privacy. If you want to delete your account, follow these steps:



Within App:

You can delete your account and all associated data directly from within the app.

Steps to Delete Your Account:

  1. Open the app.
  2. Go to Home > Account > Log out 
  3. Tap Delete and confirm the action.
  4. You may re-authenticate to delete account. 


Without App:

Option 1: Request Account Deletion via Form

Fill out the form below, and we will process your request within 7 days:

Option 2: Request Deletion via Email

Send an email to easygocampusofficial@gmail.com with the subject:

📩 "Request for Account Deletion - EasyGo"

***Include your registered email or phone number in the message.



📢 Important: Deleting your account will permanently remove your data.
